Agrowing provides disruptive award-winning HW and SW innovative products and technologies, which revolutionize the precision agriculture market.

Our sensors and imagery acquisition method provide 10 and 14 narrow bands of 8 to 12 Megapixel per band, while on top of superior NDVI, they enable AI-Multispectral Leaf-Level Analysis with resolution of sub 0.5mm per pixel.

Growers need concrete actionable data. We provide it!

The Challenge

Early and accurate detection and identification of pests, diseases and vegetation irregularities, is essential for minimizing losses of billions of dollars to growers.

Such detection and identification, which results in “Actionable Data”, cannot be achieved by high altitude NDVI and or low altitude RGB surveys.

Precision Agriculture trends

The industry is shifting from toys to tools and from NDVI to AI. Growers no longer want to get “Go Check in the Field” results after a day or two. They demand and need immediate identification and classification of the hazards and take action to minimize damages and enhance the yield.

Agrowing’s technology and IP

Our innovative lens design (US10574911B2, also granted in Australia, China, the EU, Mexico, Euro-Asia, Canada), enables the conversion of off-the-shelf top DSLR cameras into high-end multispectral sensors.

Our imagery acquisition method (US10943114B2, also granted already in Australia, Japan) and software products were designed for in-the-field actionable results.

Agrowing’s multispectral device patent discloses also a multispectral mobile device (smartphone).

Recognition and Verification

Agrowing is already recognized as an innovative company with products, which are superior to the competition and still affordable.

Our sensor won the Press Award at the Commercial UAV Expo in late November 2019.

A few researches were already published, proving our sensors advantages and some are on the way, with Bayer, Corteva, Sao Paulo University.

Innovative companies like SeeTree, Riegl, and Blue Bird Aearosystems adopted our solutions and replaced sensors, which were considered the state-of-the-art.

Agrowing’s Production strategy

Agrowing is a fabless company. The company was designed for low operational cost and high-volume production. We manufacture our lenses to our specifications by a world leading ODM and modify cutting-edge consumer-grade mirrorless DSLR cameras off-the-shelf, as our sensors’ bodies.

We are set for practically unlimited supply.

Market Size

The agricultural multispectral sensors market volume is estimated at over 250K sensors per year in 2024, representing a market size of over 1.5B USD

The analyzing software market is even bigger.

We focus first on agriculture, but the technology and products are applicable to various market like packing houses, indoors farming, hazardous chemical leaks, cosmetology, dermatology, dentistry, automotive, etc.

Business Model

  • Stand-alone sensors sales (the life span of a sensor is two years).
  • SAAS – based on in-the-field surveys and cloud-based classification of small “suspects’ close-ups.
  • AI-algorithms development for identification and classification of specific phenomena.
  • (Future) The world’s first multispectral imagery bank of pests, diseases, and various vegetation irregularities (like nutrient deficiencies).

Needs

Agrowing is set for launching our marketing and sales campaign and high-volume production. We can triple our sales within weeks as soon as we fill the following gaps: marketing and sales team; software and field application support engineers.

We want to have local presence in our main markets (i.e., America, Europe and China).

We are looking to raise $5-10M USD.
