We are growing the next generation of superfoods using the power of fungi and deep-tech fermentation to produce sustainable, delicious, and highly nutritional food.

Why is it important?

We are at the beginning of a new era where human health and planet health are becoming important in our food selection. Consumers would like to decrease their meat consumption without compromising on their eating experience.

We see more and more plant-based products reach the market every week, but most of them are ultra-processed with long ingredients lists and poor nutritional values. In Kinoko, we have decided to take a different approach and grow a healthy product that is delicious with fabulous bite and taste.
