Who we are:
Todos-Technologies was founded in 2012. It develops a variety of sensors based on proprietary, patented technology of IR [Infrared] sensor device invented by our chief scientist, Prof Yael Nemirovsky.
The Business Opportunity:
The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) estimates that each year, approximately 40% of all food produced for human consumption in the world is lost or wasted. GMOS is the only solution in the market that can monitor Ethylene levels and provide an accurate real-time indication about fruit ripening status. Furthermore, the solution is cheap, simple, small, and fast to implement.

The technology:
Todos technologies has developed special IOT-based sensors that continuously detect and monitor the ethylene level, which indicates the status of fruits and vegetables and displays the results on PCs or smartphones. It also sends notifications to stakeholders regarding fruit changed status. This way, lots of fruits can be saved from being wasted.
They can be repurposed based on their ripening level eliminating the need to throw them.
