Yeap

Yeap produce versatile plant based proteins out of Yeast.

We are using down stream/side stream used yeast taken from yeast extract and breweries processes, converting those to either functional proteins and concentrated (80%) protein that can be one of the major components of the meat alternative products, in the form of  TVP or powder.

We are not fermenting the yeasts, but rather take them as they are, running our processes and at the end we get the above products.
