Blue Tree Technologies Ltd has finalized a minimum viable product (MVP) for up to 50% physical-selective reduction content of sugars from Orange Juice (OJ). The product ranked ‘Tasty’, by industry experts, eligible to be labeled as ‘Juice’, can be called ‘Squeezed’, Giving a better efficiency in the industrial production of ‘Freeze Concentrated OJ 65º Brix’ (FCOJ).
