Mr. Latukhin is responsible for business model development of AQUA & AGRO CITY OZERNINSK HOLDING, including strategic planning and control at all project stages; pricing policy elaboration; administrative and legal resources. Konstantin has more than 13 years of effective management in AGRO- & FISH FARM industry as a CEO/General Director. Mr. Latukhin is a shareholder of the enterprise performing planting, milk and poultry animal husbandry; he is also acting as a Chairman and/or member of the Board of Directors at 16 agricultural companies. Mr. Latukhin has a high Degree in Law & Jurisprudence.

Mrs. Latukhina is a strategic Author and Key Project Developer. Being trained and having the extended technology and engineering background, Mrs. Latukhina is responsible for the engineering and project maintenance of the Biocluster; she is an author of major innovative technology developments of main engineering systems; Biocluster digital technologies and digital passports of Agro-, Algae- & Aqua Cultures. Mrs. Latukhina has MS Degree, as an Engineer of Timber & Woodworking Complexes, earned at Northern (Arctic) Federal University, and MBA in Economics and Management of the Timber Industry Enterprises at the Institute of Economics of Finance and Business.

By present Mrs. Latukhina has completed series of Post-Qualification Courses at the Good Food Institute (“New Meat: the science behind scalable alternatives to animal products & Reimagining protein) and currently following Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Program at the University of Colorado Boulder.
