The Neolithics post-harvest optical systems integrate with automated sorting equipment in packing houses and in grocery distribution centers, to enhance external and internal quality control transparency. The system output are real time sorting orders to the sorting equipment, and quality analysis in the case of quality control systems. The operator receives complete visibility on crops’ various statistics.
