We at MIGAL aim to contribute to the economic development to the Galilee region, as well as to the agricultural sector in Israel and the world, by increasing agricultural output while driving industrial-agriculture developments (including providing services to farmers).
We look to establish a scientific Biotech and Aggrotech power station based on our plant science research, and distribute our knowledge and know-how to the scientific, educational, industrial and agricultural worlds.
Our researchers at MIGAL and northern R&D live and are connected to agriculture in the north. They live the terrain, the climate, the problems, the farmers and the conditions. The researchers work in a scientific, research and academic atmosphere, which encourages innovation, scientific excellence and is connected to the community. we conduct research for industrial and commercial entities that provide services to agriculture as well.
